counselling
Counselling provides an environment for a person to safely explore, express and resolve areas of distress in their lives. Talking to an independent person can often be a really helpful step in managing stress and anxiety, improving relationships and social skills, and looking at alternative problem-solving strategies. If you or someone you know has been feeling down or that something just isn’t right, working with someone to help identify issues and emotions, understand what’s happening and why and then coming up with strategies and tips that can help you find your feet, can be really life changing
Karen is passionate about building strong therapeutic relationship with her clients, working collaboratively to overcome difficulties and improve wellbeing. Karen brings a warm and engaging style to therapy, creating a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and find meaningful personal growth.
